1. Lead transformation projects to enhance commercial and operational logistics at Rolex.
2. Ensure strategic alignment of projects with organizational objectives.
3. Analyze processes to identify potential optimizations in distribution logistics.
4. Develop and implement innovative solutions to maximize efficiency across the supply chain, including forecasting, procurement, order processing, packaging, billing, exportation, transport, and delivery.
5. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure objectives are met.
6. Facilitate and lead multidisciplinary working groups, ensuring cohesion among internal and external stakeholders.
7. Collect, analyze, and interpret key data to inform decision-making and evaluate the success of initiatives.
8. Regularly present detailed reports to management, providing transparent insights into project progress.

1. Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Deep understanding of various supply chain disciplines, particularly in distribution logistics.
3. Proven expertise in modern project management methodologies with practical experience in leading complex transformations.

1. Ability to conceptualize strategies and utilize graphical tools for effective communication of ideas.
2. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
3. Talent for effective communication, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Practical experience in leading complex logistics transformations and project management.
