Rolex Logistics Methods Manager

- Engineering degree (HES/EPF or equivalent) with specialization in logistics, supply chain, or project management.
- Proven experience in team management within a complex logistics or industrial environment.
- Experience in AGILE organization is highly appreciated.
- Natural leadership and ability to unite a diverse team around common goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a pedagogical approach.
- Strong analytical capacity combined with strategic and results-oriented thinking.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and rigorous in managing priorities and resources.
Confirmed experience in team management within a complex logistics or industrial environment.
Engineering degree (HES/EPF or equivalent) with specialization in logistics, supply chain, or project management.
