1. Communicate strategic directions and set individual objectives.

9. Leverage synergies between data analysis and field projects to maximize results.
10. Coordinate with other departments such as Maintenance, Supply Chain, Digitalization, and Production.
11. Establish standardized methodologies for analysis and optimization work and ensure their implementation.
12. Maintain and contribute to technological watch and propose innovations, particularly in AI and digitalization.

1. Engineering degree (HES/EPF or equivalent) with specialization in logistics, supply chain, or project management.
2. Proven experience in team management within a complex logistics or industrial environment.
3. Experience in AGILE organization is highly appreciated.
