1. Communicate strategic directions and set individual objectives for team members.

1. Engineering degree (HES/EPF or equivalent) with specialization in logistics, supply chain, or project management.
2. Proven experience in team management within a complex logistics or industrial environment.
3. Experience in AGILE organization is highly valued.
