- Supervise the analysis of logistics data, including the creation of dashboards, performance indicators, modeling, simulations, and forecasts.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize logistics flows and enhance overall process performance.
- Leverage synergies between data analysis and field projects to maximize results.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Maintenance, Supply Chain, Digitalization, and Production.
- Establish standardized methodologies for analysis and optimization work, ensuring their implementation.
- Maintain technological watch and propose innovations, particularly in AI and digitalization.
- Engineering degree (HES/EPF or equivalent) with specialization in logistics, supply chain, or project management.
- Proven experience in team management within a complex logistics or industrial environment.
- Experience in AGILE organization is highly valued.
- Natural leadership and ability to unite a diverse team around common goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a pedagogical approach.
- Strong analytical ability combined with strategic and results-oriented thinking.
- Dynamism, autonomy, and rigor in managing priorities and resources.
Confirmed experience in managing teams in a complex logistics or industrial environment.
Engineering degree (HES/EPF or equivalent) with specialization in logistics, supply chain, or project management.
