Rolex Logistics Manager - Hazardous Materials

- Optimize processes related to chemical product management and the organization of hazardous goods transportation for the Geneva and Fribourg sites.
- Manage product data by updating chemical product records in SAP.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for the storage, transport, and handling of chemical products and waste.
- Oversee stock management and conduct meticulous inventory tracking.
- Monitor performance indicators and continuous improvement plans, proposing concrete solutions for process optimization.
- Serve as Safety Advisor for the transport of dangerous goods (OCS, IATA).
- Provide operational assistance and replacements in various service roles, including logistics management, special waste classification, and disposal.
- Federal diploma or CFC in logistics with 3 years of experience or equivalent competencies.
- Valid category B driver's license.
- Additional qualifications such as Safety Advisor training for hazardous materials transport (ADR, OCS, IATA), forklift license, and ADR/SDR license are advantageous.
- Proven experience in logistics management, ideally in environments involving chemical products and/or hazardous waste.
- Knowledge of chemistry, including understanding of SDS data, hazard identification, and chemical risk management.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP.
- Strong team collaboration skills and ability to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams.
Minimum of 3 years in logistics management, preferably with exposure to chemical products and hazardous waste environments.
Federal diploma or CFC in logistics or equivalent.
