Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate daily production objectives with team members and service providers, ensuring optimal workload distribution.
- Manage actions to control work-in-progress, delays, or early deliveries to meet deadlines.
- Conduct incident resolution activities based on daily challenges.
- Ensure compliance with rules related to precious material management.
- Manage and optimize computerized systems and stock management.
- Contribute to the definition and monitoring of continuous improvement plans, supporting team members towards autonomy and accountability.
- Ensure internal and external communication of the service.
Qualifications
- Federal diploma in logistics or equivalent degree in production and/or logistics management.
Skills
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Good stress management.
- Communicative nature with initiative-taking ability.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and enjoys fieldwork.
- Strong team spirit and versatility.
- Proficiency in SAP and computer tools.
Experience Requirements
5 to 10 years of experience in logistics.
