13. Continuously improve work organization, process efficiency, and data management.
14. Participate in technological monitoring.

1. Engineering degree HES, Federal Logistics Certificate, EPF, or equivalent.
2. 5 years of confirmed management experience.
3. Knowledge of logistics flows and production management required.

1. Proficiency in SAP data management and work-in-progress management tools.
2. Natural leadership, listening, and empathy.
3. Ease in human contact and communication.
4. Ability to develop work relationships based on demand, trust, and benevolence.
5. Proactive and autonomous decision-making.

5 years of confirmed management experience.

Engineering degree HES, Federal Logistics Certificate, EPF, or equivalent.
