Rolex Logistics Manager

- Lead and manage a logistics team, ensuring effective communication of global directives and setting individual objectives.
- Guide and support team members in achieving their goals and developing their skills.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages communication, trust, and team cohesion.
- Enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive progress and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with processes and facilitate information flow.
- Guarantee stock accuracy and availability of resources for all activities, adhering to timelines.
- Monitor and improve the performance of the logistics unit using various management and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with different departments to organize work and manage priorities.
- Ensure workforce capacity aligns with internal client demands.
- Anticipate workforce needs and implement actions to regulate stock levels.
- Continuously improve work organization, process efficiency, and data management, anticipating operational changes.
- Participate in technological advancements and innovation monitoring.
- Engineering degree (HES), Federal Logistics Certificate, EPF, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of confirmed management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics flows and production management.
- Proficiency in SAP data management and workflow management tools.
- Natural leadership, active listening, and empathy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build work relationships based on high standards, trust, and kindness.
- Proactive and autonomous decision-making ability.
A minimum of 5 years of confirmed management experience in logistics or a related field is required.
Engineering degree (HES), Federal Logistics Certificate, EPF, or equivalent.
