8. Collaborate with different departments to organize work and manage priorities.
9. Ensure workforce capacity aligns with internal client demands.
10. Anticipate workforce needs and implement actions to regulate stock levels.
11. Continuously improve work organization, process efficiency, and data management, anticipating operational changes.
12. Participate in technological advancements and innovation monitoring.

1. Engineering degree (HES), Federal Logistics Certificate, EPF, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of confirmed management experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of logistics flows and production management.

1. Proficiency in SAP data management and workflow management tools.
2. Natural leadership, active listening, and empathy.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to build work relationships based on high standards, trust, and kindness.
5. Proactive and autonomous decision-making ability.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed management experience in logistics or a related field is required.
