1. Lead and manage the logistics team to ensure effective communication of global directives and setting of individual objectives.
2. Guide team members in achieving their goals and developing their skills.

5. Ensure adherence to processes and facilitate information flow.

8. Collaborate with stakeholders to organize work and manage priorities.
9. Ensure workload and capacity alignment, considering internal client requirements.

11. Continuously improve work organization, process efficiency, and data management, anticipating operational changes.
12. Participate in technological monitoring.

1. Engineering degree (HES), Federal Diploma in Logistics, EPF, or equivalent.
2. 5 years of confirmed management experience.
3. Knowledge of logistics flows and production management.

1. Proficiency in SAP data management and work-in-progress management tools.
2. Natural leadership, active listening, and empathy.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to develop work relationships based on demand, trust, and benevolence.
5. Proactive and autonomous decision-making.

A minimum of five years in a managerial role within logistics or a related field is required.

Engineering degree (HES), Federal Diploma in Logistics, EPF, or equivalent.
