1. Engineering degree (HES), Federal Logistics Certificate, EPF, or equivalent.

1. Knowledge of logistics flows and production management.
2. Proficiency in SAP data management and workflow management tools.
3. Natural leadership, listening skills, and empathy.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to develop work relationships based on trust and benevolence.
6. Proactive and autonomous decision-making.

5 years of confirmed management experience.
