1. Manage and organize workload to meet service agreements.
2. Lead sector meetings and discussions.
3. Oversee work-in-progress and prioritize tasks.
4. Ensure critical information is communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
5. Provide first-level assistance or support (Helpdesk Level 1).
6. Analyze and address discrepancies and anomalies.
7. Plan and oversee inventories according to set objectives.
8. Optimize stock occupancy.
9. Propose developments and improvements.
10. Ensure the reliability and integrity of stock.
11. Enforce and adhere to current rules and procedures.
12. Actively participate in service projects.
13. Train staff on procedures and management tools within the scope.
14. Ensure safety rules are applied and report deviations.
15. Participate in change management.

1. Federal Certificate in Logistics or equivalent degree.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience.

1. Knowledge of stock and inventory management.
2. Proficiency in SAP (SAP WM) and IT tools.
3. Strong communication skills and initiative-taking ability.
4. Effective priority management.
5. Proactive, pragmatic, and enjoys hands-on work.
6. Strong team spirit and versatility.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management is required.

Federal Certificate in Logistics or equivalent degree.
