1. Organize and coordinate daily production objectives in collaboration with service colleagues, ensuring optimal workload distribution.
2. Lead actions to manage work-in-progress, delays, or early deliveries to meet deadlines.
3. Conduct incident resolution activities based on daily contingencies.
4. Ensure compliance with precious material management regulations.
5. Manage and optimize computerized systems and inventory management.
6. Contribute to the definition and monitoring of continuous improvement plans, supporting team autonomy and accountability.
7. Guarantee internal and external service communication.

1. Federal diploma in logistics or equivalent degree in production and/or logistics management.
2. Knowledge of inventory management required and team management experience appreciated.

1. Strong communication skills and initiative-taking ability.
2. Proactive, pragmatic, with a preference for hands-on work.
3. Team-oriented with high versatility.
4. Proficiency in SAP and IT tools.

5 to 10 years of experience in logistics.

Federal diploma in logistics or equivalent degree.
