13. Manage peak activity periods by effectively handling resources and priorities.

1. University degree or Federal Certificate in Logistics or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership.

1. Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong knowledge of SAP, particularly for logistics and inventory management.
2. Natural leadership, ability to unite teams around clear objectives, excellent listening skills, and execution rigor.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams is required.
