Rolex Logistics Manager

- Act as a Key User for business tools, especially for logistics flows and integrated systems like SAP.
- Propose organizational or technical improvements to optimize operational performance.
- Ensure client-imposed deadlines are met while guaranteeing service quality and reliability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain up-to-date dashboards for precise results tracking.
- Ensure the premises are organized, tidy, and compliant with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace hygiene standards.
- Manage peak activity periods by effectively handling resources and priorities.
- Bring a human and caring dimension to team management in line with company values.
- Encourage a climate of trust, motivate teams, and ensure a serene and productive work environment.
- Organize and lead regular meetings to inform, clarify priorities, and unite employees around common goals.
- University degree or Federal Certificate in Logistics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong knowledge of SAP, particularly for logistics and inventory management.
- Natural leadership, ability to unite teams around clear objectives, excellent listening skills, and execution rigor.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams is required.
University degree or Federal Certificate in Logistics or equivalent.
