4. Drive operational performance using and enhancing various management and reporting tools to meet set objectives.
5. Ensure workload and capacity alignment of team members, considering internal client requirements.

1. Engineering degree (HES, EPF) or Federal Certificate in Logistics or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of confirmed management experience.
3. Proficiency in logistics flows and production management.

1. Proficient in SAP data management and workflow management tools.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proactive decision-making and autonomy.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in management, with a strong understanding of logistics flows and production management.
