1. Lead and manage a logistics team to ensure the efficient receipt, preparation, and dispatch of products and resources for internal clients.
2. Communicate overarching strategic directions and set individual objectives for team members.
3. Guide and support team members in achieving their goals and developing their competencies.
4. Oversee the operational performance of the logistics entity by utilizing and enhancing various management and reporting tools to meet set objectives.
5. Ensure alignment of workload and capacity with the demands of internal clients.

1. Engineering degree from HES, EPF, Federal Diploma in Logistics, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of confirmed management experience.
3. Proficiency in logistics flow and production management.

1. Proficiency in SAP data management and work-in-progress management tools.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
3. Proactive in proposing solutions and autonomous in decision-making.

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, with a focus on logistics and production management.

Engineering degree or equivalent in logistics or related field.
