1. Organize and coordinate daily production objectives in collaboration with service team members and external partners, ensuring optimal workload distribution.
2. Lead initiatives to manage work-in-progress, delays, or early deliveries to meet deadlines.
3. Conduct incident resolution activities based on daily fluctuations.
4. Ensure compliance with regulations regarding the management of precious materials.
5. Manage and optimize computerized systems and inventory management.
6. Contribute to the definition and monitoring of continuous improvement plans, promoting a culture of ongoing progress and supporting team members towards autonomy and accountability.
7. Guarantee effective internal and external communication within the service.

1. Federal diploma in logistics or equivalent degree in production management and/or logistics.
2. Proven team management experience.

3. Strong communication skills and initiative-taking ability.
4. Proactive, pragmatic, and enjoys hands-on work.
5. Strong team spirit and versatility.
6. Proficiency in SAP and other computer tools.

5 to 10 years of experience in logistics.

Federal diploma in logistics or equivalent degree in production management and/or logistics.
