1. Oversee stock management activities to ensure timely availability of items for production workshops and internal clients.
2. Enhance operational performance through the implementation of operational excellence projects.
3. Develop team members' skills and guide them through organizational changes.
4. Ensure safety, health, and well-being of team members.
5. Collaborate with internal and external partners, positioning the team as a service provider.
6. Contribute to the development of the medium-term financial plan and budget monitoring.
7. Perform administrative tasks related to team management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in management.
3. Knowledge of Lean Management principles.

Demonstrated experience in management, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.
