Responsibilities
- Ensure the laser processes of production equipment
- Participate in the acquisition of new processes and production equipment
- Contribute to the strategy and implementation of laser processes in production
- Ensure understanding, formalization, and adherence to guidelines for users
- Propose and lead the roadmap for laser process evolution
- Contribute to the development and delivery of laser technology training sessions
- Participate in the intersite professional network
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in microtechnology, physics, industrial systems, or equivalent
Skills
- Proficiency in various types of lasers and their applications
- In-depth knowledge of optical principles
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Proactive and field-oriented
- Demonstrated communication skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in technical English
Experience Requirements
Experience in laser technology and applications is required.
