2. Participate in the acquisition of new processes and production equipment
3. Contribute to the strategy and implementation of laser processes in production

6. Contribute to the development and delivery of laser technology training sessions

1. Engineering degree in microtechnology, physics, industrial systems, or equivalent

1. Proficiency in various types of lasers and their applications
2. In-depth knowledge of optical principles
3. Analytical and synthesis skills
4. Proactive and field-oriented
5. Demonstrated communication skills
6. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
7. Proficiency in technical English

Experience in laser technology and applications is required.
