1. HES Engineer in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
2. Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles.
3. Experience in corporate training facilitation and design.
4. Advanced proficiency in MS365 suite and corporate cybersecurity best practices.
5. Strong written communication skills in French.
6. Team-oriented with analytical and synthesis capabilities.
7. Meticulous, autonomous, and proactive.
8. Client-focused with strong listening and advisory skills.
9. Flexible and adaptable to change.
