2. Develop and implement bridging and refresher training programs to facilitate the integration of apprentices into IT teams.
3. Prepare apprentices for examinations within their areas of expertise.
4. Participate in activities promoting IT careers, such as discovery internships and Rolex training center events.
5. Contribute to the recruitment process of IT apprentices.
6. Lead and facilitate training sessions within areas of expertise.
7. Coordinate training actions with peers.
8. Instruct on programming and algorithms, including object-oriented and web programming.
9. Cover topics related to infrastructure, operations, networking, cloud, and information security.

1. Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification.
2. Over 5 years of experience in the IT field.
3. Expertise in one of the two main IT career paths.
4. Experience in professional training.
5. Pedagogical skills.
6. Adaptability and interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent communication abilities.

2. Coordination and organizational skills.
3. Strong understanding of programming and algorithms.
4. Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security.

More than 5 years of experience in the IT domain, with a focus on training and development.

Degree in computer science or equivalent.
