2. Demonstrated expertise in adult learning methodologies.

2. Strong written communication skills in French.
3. Team-oriented with analytical and synthesis capabilities.
4. Meticulous, autonomous, and proactive.
5. Client-focused with excellent listening and advisory skills.
6. Flexible and adaptable to change.

Proven experience in corporate training facilitation and training design.

HES Engineer in IT or equivalent qualification.
