1. Manage the software and cloud procurement portfolio, ensuring alignment with the overall IT division strategy.
2. Support internal clients in articulating and formalizing their needs, from drafting specifications to negotiation and contracting, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
3. Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies that incorporate proactive supplier risk management, sustainability, ethics, and compliance.
4. Conduct active monitoring of technological advancements, market trends, and competitive movements to anticipate opportunities and risks.
5. Oversee supplier relationships throughout the lifecycle: selection, evaluation, performance monitoring, dispute management, and continuous improvement.
6. Contribute to the optimization of procurement processes, activity reporting, and updating of procurement databases.

1. University degree or equivalent qualification.

1. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
2. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, management tools (e.g., SAP, SRM), and contractual issues related to information systems.
3. Developed analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and service orientation.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit.
5. Autonomy, rigor, effective priority management, and project-based working capability.

A minimum of 5 years of significant experience in IT procurement, with proven expertise in software and cloud solutions procurement.

University degree or equivalent qualification.
