Rolex IT Operator Apprentice (CFC)

1. Install, configure and connect hardware, applications and software that comprise the company’s IT infrastructure.
2. Perform routine maintenance and ensure the functional integrity of IT installations.
3. Troubleshoot incidents, carry out a first-level analysis and escalate or collaborate with specialised teams to implement solutions.
4. Provide user assistance and support to internal stakeholders, including on-site helpdesk tasks.
5. Follow the formal apprenticeship programme under the supervision of experienced trainers and complete practical assignments and assessments.
