Rolex IT Operator Apprentice (CFC)

- Install, configure and connect hardware, applications and software that comprise the company’s IT infrastructure.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure the functional integrity of IT installations.
- Troubleshoot incidents, carry out a first-level analysis and escalate or collaborate with specialised teams to implement solutions.
- Provide user assistance and support to internal stakeholders, including on-site helpdesk tasks.
- Follow the formal apprenticeship programme under the supervision of experienced trainers and complete practical assignments and assessments.

Eligible candidates will have completed lower‑secondary schooling and must be eligible to enter a Swiss CFC apprenticeship; applicants must provide the last three years of school reports.
