Rolex IT Continuity Project Manager

1. Define and maintain the IT continuity and disaster recovery roadmap; lead projects for continuity exercises, tests and recovery plans.
2. Design, formalise and standardise business continuity and IT recovery processes across the Systems division.
3. Assess impacts of major incidents or changes on the information system and implement measures to reduce business disruption.
4. Coordinate and update operational documentation required to guarantee business continuity and recovery readiness.
5. Manage risks related to IT infrastructure, drive risk identification, tracking and remediation activities.
6. Oversee IT change processes and act as interim Change Manager during planned absences, ensuring controlled change implementation.

1. Proven track record in operational execution of IT disaster recovery plans or delivery of large-scale IT operations projects.
2. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains: network, servers, databases and cybersecurity.
3. Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, determination and high organisational capability.
4. Client-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively across IT and business stakeholders.
5. Engineering degree (HES) or equivalent qualification.
6. Project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are advantageous.
7. Certifications in business continuity (ISO 22301, CBCI), risk management or ITIL are a plus.
8. Native-level French with a good command of English.

Demonstrated operational experience leading IT disaster recovery or business continuity projects, or managing the production deployment of complex IT operations; experience interfacing with infrastructure teams and business stakeholders is required.
