1. Collaborate in the development of the budget, strategic plan, and budget revisions with headquarters teams, and consolidate the budget for subsidiaries.
2. Monitor budget adherence and report or anticipate potential deviations in collaboration with accounting teams.
3. Prepare and present reports to the Marketing Directorate and assist in steering the performance of marketing activities.
4. Conduct performance reviews of subsidiaries and compile global reporting for Tudor for the Directorate.
5. Perform brand performance analyses and present results.
6. Propose improvements to existing tools and processes.
7. Oversee budget management and its revisions.

1. Master's degree in finance/management or equivalent education.
2. Proven professional experience in a similar role within an international company.
