1. Review and optimize internal control systems for companies in Switzerland and abroad.
2. Support the design, planning, and execution of internal audits and internal control reviews, primarily in Switzerland (80%) and internationally (20%).
3. Assist in drafting audit reports efficiently and succinctly.
4. Conduct verifications on internal control systems (business and IT cycles) and document conclusions.

1. Higher education degree from a business school or university.
2. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification is an advantage.
3. Proven professional experience in internal audit or internal control for at least 5 years.

1. Strong knowledge of internal control systems.
2. Proficiency in office and enterprise IT systems.
3. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
4. Knowledge of GRC software (TeamMate is a plus).
5. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
6. Confidentiality and discretion.
7. Logical and methodical mindset with a pragmatic approach.
8. Analytical and synthesizing abilities.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed professional experience in internal audit or internal control roles.

Higher education degree from a business school or university.
