1. Review and optimize internal control systems for companies in Switzerland and abroad.
2. Support the design, planning, and execution of internal audits and reviews of internal controls, primarily in Switzerland (80%) and abroad (20%).
3. Assist in drafting audit reports efficiently and concisely.
4. Conduct checks on internal control systems (business and IT cycles) and draft conclusions.

1. Higher education degree (HEG) or University degree (HEC).
2. Professional CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) diploma is a plus.

1. Strong knowledge of internal control systems.
2. Good knowledge of office and business IT.
3. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
4. Knowledge of GRC software (TeamMate is a plus).
5. Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
6. Sense of confidentiality and discretion.
7. Logical and methodical mindset with a pragmatic approach.
8. Analytical and synthesis skills.

Confirmed professional experience in an internal audit or internal control position for at least 5 years.
