1. Monitor and adapt food and beverage services offered at sales points to meet catering needs.
2. Participate in the organization of various internal events.
3. Develop and disseminate messages or communications to be conveyed to communication officers.
4. Conduct an audit on catering services, related information, communication elements, and infrastructures.
5. Support the project team dedicated to modifying a catering space for conceptual finalization and implementation.
6. Perform a monthly press review on current events in the catering industry.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Hospitality Management or equivalent.

1. Autonomy, proactivity, and precision.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent presentation skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
5. Fluency in French and English, with German as a plus.

Experience in project management within event planning and/or catering is desired.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
