2. Monitor and analyze cases under surveillance.

4. Handle, analyze, and track disputes.
5. Contribute to the evolution of business processes.
6. Oversee various departmental projects.

1. Minimum of a CFC in commerce.

1. Proficiency in English and French, with strong writing skills.
2. Comfortable with IT tools and databases.
3. Analytical mindset.
4. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Experience in intellectual property is preferred.

CFC in commerce or equivalent.
