Rolex Instructional Design Intern — Hybridisation of Continuous Training

- Lead the hybridisation project for an existing continuous training programme from needs analysis through delivery.
- Analyse learner and business requirements; define appropriate modalities and design the end‑to‑end learning pathway.
- Author and produce digital learning assets and multimedia content suitable for blended delivery.
- Integrate the newly designed course into the organisation's training management tool (LMS) and ensure technical interoperability.
- Coordinate and run a pilot session, collect and analyse participant evaluations, and prepare a comprehensive pilot report with recommendations.
- Document the solution and support handover to the Learning & Development team for scale‑up.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Educational Sciences, Adult Learning, Instructional Design or equivalent.
- Familiarity with digitalisation and contemporary media technologies for learning.
- Understanding of corporate continuous professional development concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attentive listener and able to work collaboratively with subject‑matter experts.
- Creative, autonomous, proactive and able to propose practical solutions.
- Availability for a 3–6 month internship.

No extensive professional experience required; academic projects or prior internships in corporate training, instructional design or e‑learning production are advantageous.
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Educational Sciences, Adult Learning, Instructional Design or a related field.
