- Manage cybersecurity projects aligned with Rolex's strategic objectives.
- Provide expertise to development teams throughout the application lifecycle, including web and mobile platforms.
- Define, implement, and maintain best practices for secure development, including security pipelines and testing strategies.
- Facilitate vulnerability remediation processes for developers and support decision-making for stakeholders.
- Participate in developer security awareness training programs.
- Develop and maintain security tools and automation processes related to the Enterprise Software Factory.
- Collaborate on security architecture audits and application design activities.
- Advanced degree in computer science or related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in application security, DevOps/DevSecOps, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in a cybersecurity services company is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and reviewing code in at least one development language (Java, .NET, Python).
- Interest in AI solutions (chatbots, LLM, RAG).
- SANS, CISSP, CSSLP certification or similar is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activities/projects and develop new knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Knowledge/experience in integrating security into the Cloud.
- Understanding of cryptography concepts and implementation.
- Familiarity with identity management principles and associated implementations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Project management in cybersecurity.
- Expertise in secure application development.
- Proficiency in code review and development languages.
- Strong communication skills.
- Adaptability to diverse business profiles.
- Pragmatic problem-solving approach.
- Team collaboration.
A minimum of three years in application security, DevOps/DevSecOps, and cybersecurity.
Advanced degree in computer science or a related field.
