1. Manage cybersecurity projects aligned with Rolex's strategic objectives.
2. Provide expertise to development teams throughout the application lifecycle, including web and mobile platforms.
3. Define, implement, and maintain best practices for secure development, including security pipelines and testing strategies.
4. Facilitate vulnerability remediation processes for developers and support decision-making for stakeholders.
5. Participate in developer security awareness training programs.
6. Develop and maintain security tools and automation processes related to the Enterprise Software Factory.
7. Collaborate on security architecture audits and application design activities.

1. Advanced degree in computer science or related field.
2. Over 3 years of experience in application security, DevOps/DevSecOps, and cybersecurity.
3. Experience in a cybersecurity services company is a significant advantage.
4. Proficiency in reading, writing, and reviewing code in at least one development language (Java, .NET, Python).
5. Interest in AI solutions (chatbots, LLM, RAG).
6. SANS, CISSP, CSSLP certification or similar is an advantage.
7. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activities/projects and develop new knowledge.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
9. Knowledge/experience in integrating security into the Cloud.
10. Understanding of cryptography concepts and implementation.
11. Familiarity with identity management principles and associated implementations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
