1. Degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or a related industrial field, or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience in industrialization or production within an industrial environment, preferably in watchmaking or microtechnology.

1. Strong knowledge in mechanics and microtechnology.
2. Familiarity with watchmaking techniques.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
4. Risk management and industrial problem-solving skills.
5. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Significant experience in industrialization or production within a relevant industrial environment, such as watchmaking or microtechnology.

Degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or a related field.
