1. Define the requirements for industrialization projects from raw material to client delivery.
2. Assign and coordinate tasks and objectives among project team members.
3. Manage risk mitigation until industrial qualification is validated.
4. Establish and monitor project timelines for industrialization.
5. Collaborate with the project team to develop robust industrial processes for new products.
6. Participate in the co-design of components.
7. Maintain functional and organizational standards.
8. Oversee the complete lifecycle management of components, including prototypes and series, as well as modifications and improvements.
9. Ensure quality and timely delivery objectives are met.

1. Engineering degree (HES or equivalent) in mechanics or microtechnology.
2. Desired knowledge of industrialization processes and associated tools.
3. Proficiency in machining and surface treatments.

2. Rigorous, structured, and autonomous work ethic.
3. Analytical and synthetic thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.

Confirmed experience of over 5 years in an industrial environment, including manufacturing and project management.

Engineering degree in mechanics or microtechnology.
