1. Communicate overarching directives and set objectives for managers overseeing teams responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for the manufacturing and assembly of Rolex watches.
2. Organize and manage activities to ensure managerial performance.
3. Guide, support, and motivate managers in achieving their objectives, developing their skills, and supervising their teams.
4. Cultivate a climate of trust and enhance interfaces with partners.
5. Define the industrial vision of the service and manage strategic projects in collaboration with other company services and divisions.
6. Oversee the operational and economic performance of the service using and developing various monitoring and reporting tools.
7. Ensure the production of new products aligns with project objectives.
8. Continuously improve work organization and evolve industrial tools in line with strategy.

1. Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or equivalent institution.
2. Proven management experience in an industrial environment.
3. Experience in change management.
