2. Liaise effectively with suppliers and internal partners.

4. Oversee activity scheduling and risk mitigation.

1. Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or equivalent institution.
2. Desired knowledge in photolithography, electroplating, cleanroom environments, and machining techniques.

1. Technical proficiency, particularly in materials, processes, and measurement.
2. Proven experience in managing industrial investment projects.
3. Ability to lead a cross-functional team of experts with a strategic perspective.
4. Natural leadership and pedagogical skills to motivate and unite a team.
5. Autonomy, responsibility, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Confirmed experience in managing industrial investment projects is required.

Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or equivalent.
