1. Design and industrialize product ranges and nomenclatures for new products.
2. Contribute to the specification and updating of new processes.
3. Document various industrial scenarios and technical solutions.
4. Centralize and implement product-process evolutions in series production.
5. Lead projects while adhering to processes, standards, and budgets.
6. Build, maintain, and deliver feasibility dossiers by coordinating with contributing services.
7. Ensure the reliability of the technical definition of ranges (manufacturing dossier).
8. Develop and enrich shared standards within the team (target ranges, model plans, MPO models).

1. Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent) in mechanics or microtechnology.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management.
3. Desired knowledge in product-process industrialization and associated tools.

2. Analytical capability and strategic perspective.
3. Ability to unite competencies and persuade stakeholders.

A minimum of 5 years in industrial project management, preferably within the luxury or precision manufacturing sectors.

Engineering degree in mechanics or microtechnology.
