1. Coordinate the integration of new processes in compliance with project standards, budgets, and objectives.
2. Lead needs analysis, integrate client requirements, technical standards, and propose project frameworks.
3. Justify the need for evolution and contribute to the consolidation of continuous improvement plans and investment programs.
4. Manage information flow and decision-making processes, including reporting, discrepancy handling, and decision-making.

1. Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent) in mechanics or microtechnology.

1. Proven experience in investment process project management.
2. Knowledge of product-process industrialization and associated tools.
3. Technical proficiency, particularly in materials, processes, and measurements.
4. Ability to oversee and manage a cross-functional team of experts.
5. Clear and efficient communication skills with strong synthesis ability.
6. Natural leadership to motivate and unite a team, with good pedagogical skills.
7. Autonomy, commitment, accountability, and proactive attitude.

Confirmed experience in investment process project management.

Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent) in mechanics or microtechnology.
