1. Design and industrialize the ranges and nomenclatures of new products.
2. Contribute to the specification and updating of new processes.
3. Document various industrial scenarios and technical solutions.
4. Centralize and implement product-process evolutions in series production.
5. Lead projects while adhering to processes, standards, and budgets.
6. Build, maintain, and deliver feasibility dossiers by coordinating with contributing services.
7. Ensure the reliability of the technical definition of ranges (manufacturing dossier).
8. Develop, ensure, and enrich shared standards within the team (target ranges, model plans, MPO models).

1. Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent) in mechanics or microtechnology.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management.
3. Preferred knowledge of product-process industrialization and associated tools.

1. Clear and efficient communication skills with a strong ability to synthesize information.
2. Analytical skills with a good ability to take a broad perspective.
3. Ability to unite competencies and persuade stakeholders.

A minimum of 5 years in industrial project management is required.
