Rolex Industrialization Project Engineer

1. Lead and coordinate investment projects to ensure successful integration and operational performance of production equipment within established technical standards, budgets and project objectives.
2. Define project scope by analysing needs, consolidating client and technical requirements, and proposing project framing and deliverables.
3. Justify equipment and process evolution needs and contribute to the consolidation of continuous improvement plans and investment programmes.
4. Manage information flow and decision-making processes; prepare and animate reporting, perform variance analysis and drive corrective actions.
5. Unify and mobilize cross‑functional contributors around shared objectives and promote team achievements.
6. Document industrial scenarios and technical solutions, and capitalise on lessons learned and best practices to evolve standards.
7. Maintain project schedules, monitor milestones and drive risk mitigation and resolution until project closure.

1. Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent).
2. Proven experience in industrial project management within a manufacturing environment.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary expert teams in a transversal organisation.
4. Natural leadership with pedagogic skills to motivate and align stakeholders.
5. Autonomous, responsible and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset.

Proven track record in managing industrial projects, including equipment integration and commissioning, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers in a manufacturing setting.
