Rolex Industrialization Project Engineer

- Lead and coordinate investment projects to ensure successful integration and operational performance of production equipment within established technical standards, budgets and project objectives.
- Define project scope by analysing needs, consolidating client and technical requirements, and proposing project framing and deliverables.
- Justify equipment and process evolution needs and contribute to the consolidation of continuous improvement plans and investment programmes.
- Manage information flow and decision-making processes; prepare and animate reporting, perform variance analysis and drive corrective actions.
- Unify and mobilize cross‑functional contributors around shared objectives and promote team achievements.
- Document industrial scenarios and technical solutions, and capitalise on lessons learned and best practices to evolve standards.
- Maintain project schedules, monitor milestones and drive risk mitigation and resolution until project closure.
- Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent).
- Proven experience in industrial project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary expert teams in a transversal organisation.
- Natural leadership with pedagogic skills to motivate and align stakeholders.
- Autonomous, responsible and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear communication and attentive listening.

Proven track record in managing industrial projects, including equipment integration and commissioning, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers in a manufacturing setting.
Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent).
