Responsibilities
- Lead the industrialization process of a component from raw material to customer delivery.
- Coordinate industrialization activities to ensure development of operations meets quality, deadlines, and budget specifications.
- Participate in maintaining functional and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Define manufacturing and control processes to meet product specifications.
- Responsible for creating basic data: articles, bill of materials, and manufacturing/control processes.
- Compile industrialization reports ensuring expected specifications.
- Guide product/process discussions with a focus on sustainable industrial robustness.
- Conduct technical meetings, review, and validate industrial definition models with project stakeholders.
- Plan resources and tasks, estimate workloads and costs.
- Ensure comprehensive definition of resources (production means, tools, and documentation) for robust (re)production.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer activities post-industrial qualification.
