1. Define manufacturing and control processes to meet product specifications.
2. Manage the creation of foundational data: items, bill of materials, and manufacturing/control processes.
3. Compile industrialization reports ensuring expected specifications are met.
4. Guide product/process development with a focus on sustainable industrial robustness.
5. Facilitate technical meetings, including review and validation of industrial design models with project stakeholders.
6. Plan resources and tasks, estimate workloads and costs.
7. Ensure comprehensive definition of resources (production means, tooling, and documentation) for robust (re)production.
8. Coordinate knowledge transfer activities following industrial qualification.

1. Degree in industrial techniques, preferably ES or Engineering.
2. Strong mechanical and microtechnical knowledge.
3. Technical knowledge of watchmaking.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project.
2. Risk management capabilities.

Experience in industrialization processes within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the watchmaking industry.

Degree in industrial techniques or engineering.
