1. Manage a team responsible for IT support and integration on production machinery.
2. Ensure optimal management of industrial systems at the Acacias and Chêne-Bourg sites.
3. Guarantee the performance and availability of industrial systems, coordinating operations and enforcing internal regulations.
4. Oversee compliance with rules and standards.
5. Ensure adherence to procedures, norms, and guidelines (safety, quality, confidentiality) across all production sites.
6. Protect industrial information systems and implement cybersecurity best practices to prevent intrusions, data loss, or activity disruptions.
7. Guide the team in researching and implementing innovative solutions.
8. Promote skill development, autonomy, and engagement among team members.

1. Advanced degree in industrial computing, electrotechnics, automation, or a related field.
2. Experience in close management on industrial sites, preferably multi-site.
3. Strong knowledge of IT (Information Technologies) and OT (Operational Technologies).
