1. Lead continuous improvement projects related to industrial cleaning operations.
2. Contribute to new product projects by industrializing cleaning processes.
3. Participate in investment projects for industrial cleaning equipment, providing technical expertise and overseeing implementation.
4. Support production by resolving daily issues or deviations in existing processes.
5. Conduct technological watch within the area of expertise.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry.
2. Proven experience in industrial cleaning, preferably in the watchmaking or jewelry sector.

1. Proficiency in various cleaning methods (detergent, solvent, plasma preparation, etc.) and knowledge of detergent supplier networks.
2. Autonomy and strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Natural leadership and pedagogical skills to motivate and unite a team.
4. Demonstrated organizational skills.

Confirmed experience in industrial cleaning, ideally within the watchmaking or jewelry industry.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry.
