1. Conduct periodic inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
3. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical malfunctions.
4. Optimize the operation of HVAC control loops.
5. Conduct measurement campaigns and balance hydraulic and aerolic systems.
6. Participate in functional tests of critical system controls.
7. Manage technical alarms using the supervision tool.
8. Oversee a team of contractors responsible for HVAC system maintenance.

1. CFC/ES technician in thermal or energy engineering or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in maintaining complex HVAC systems in industrial buildings.
3. Experience with industrial sanitary installations is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in supervision tools and setting up installations on the Building Management System (BMS).
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
3. Meticulous, adaptable, and excellent teamwork skills.
4. Effective communication skills with a strong customer orientation and excellent priority management.

Confirmed experience in the maintenance of complex HVAC systems in industrial buildings.

CFC/ES technician in thermal or energy engineering or equivalent.
