1. Conduct periodic checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
3. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical malfunctions.
4. Optimize the operation of HVAC regulation loops.
5. Conduct measurement and balancing campaigns for hydraulic and aeraulic systems.
6. Participate in functional testing of critical system controls.
7. Manage technical alarms using the supervision tool.
8. Oversee a team of contractors responsible for HVAC system maintenance.

1. CFC/ES Technician in thermal or energy engineering or equivalent.

1. Proven expertise in maintaining complex HVAC systems in industrial buildings.
2. Proficiency in supervision tools and setting up installations on the Building Management System (BMS).
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
4. Meticulous, adaptable, and excellent team player.
5. Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach and excellent priority management.

Demonstrated experience in maintaining complex HVAC systems in industrial buildings. Experience with industrial sanitary installations is advantageous.

CFC/ES Technician in thermal or energy engineering or equivalent.
