3. Assist in personal development, including progress reviews and training needs.
4. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate pre-selection, and interviews.
5. Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees, including induction plans and probationary reviews.
6. Address HR reporting needs and monitor HR indicators.
7. Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement.
8. Perform various administrative tasks.

1. Higher education degree (University, HES).
2. Proven experience of over 5 years as a Human Resources Manager.
3. Native French speaker with excellent spelling and syntax.
4. Advanced level of English.

Over 5 years of successful experience in human resources management.

Higher education degree (University, HES).
