Rolex Human Resources Manager

- Manage the recruitment process for apprentices, including job postings, candidate management, and communication with candidates, parents, schools, and internal clients.
- Conduct apprentice recruitment for specific roles, from application review to recruitment tests, interviews, and contract proposal and signing.
- Support apprenticeship supervisors in the HR management of apprentices, particularly during probation periods and throughout their training journey.
- Serve as the HR contact for apprentices and their parents as needed.
- Ensure apprentices' working conditions are conducive to a smooth training experience.
- Oversee projects related to the apprentice population.
- Contribute to promotional and recruitment events.
- Facilitate events for apprentices, apprenticeship supervisors, or parents.
- Participate in events with training partners.
- University degree or HES or federal HR certificate.
- Possession of a CFC is an advantage.
- Proven experience in recruitment and personnel management, particularly with apprentices.
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss education system.
- Native French speaker with excellent writing skills.
- Proficient in standard office software (MS Office).
- Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus.
- Organized and meticulous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, courtesy, and listening ability.
- Exemplary and positive attitude.
Proven experience in recruitment and personnel management, particularly with apprentices.
University degree or HES or federal HR certificate.
