Rolex Human Resources Manager

- Provide support and advice to line managers on all aspects of HR management, including onboarding, performance reviews, training, development, and absenteeism.
- Ensure managerial processes comply with legal and company regulations.
- Support employees with personal and professional inquiries.
- Conduct recruitment for permanent and temporary positions, from initiation to hiring.
- Define contractual conditions and oversee the administrative process for new hires.
- Monitor new employees during their probation period in collaboration with line managers.
- Participate in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the annual salary and performance bonus review process, as well as promotion proposals.
- Conduct an annual review of middle management to develop managerial skills and ensure succession planning.
- Manage cases of illness and accidents in collaboration with the Health Service.
- Organize company events related to anniversaries and retirements.
- Conduct exit interviews and draft employment certificates.
- Engage in projects and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Successful experience of over 5 years in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law.
- Advanced level of English.
- Fluency in French with excellent spelling and syntax.
- Rigorous and organized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Over 5 years of successful experience in a similar HR role.
Higher education degree.
