1. Collaborate with management to understand departmental objectives and deploy HR practices that support these goals.
2. Advise and support managers on various aspects of human resources management, aligning with operational needs.
3. Assist employees with personal and professional inquiries.
4. Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, from sourcing to integration of new employees.
5. Manage annual review processes, including performance, salary, and promotions.
6. Identify and implement programs for employee and manager development, supporting skill evolution and engagement.
7. Promote and facilitate talent identification, succession planning, and internal mobility.
8. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and oversee the monitoring of illness and workplace accidents.
9. Participate in initiatives and projects for continuous HR process optimization.

1. Advanced degree (HES or HEG), supplemented by a Federal HR Certificate or equivalent qualification.
2. Successful experience of 7 years in a similar role.
3. Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law.

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
2. Native French speaker with perfect command of spelling and syntax.
3. Advanced level of English.
4. Ability to build strong relationships across all hierarchical levels.
5. Proactivity and ability to act as a change agent.
6. Strong client orientation and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

A minimum of 7 years of successful experience in a similar HR management role is required.

Advanced degree (HES or HEG) with a Federal HR Certificate or equivalent qualification.
