Rolex Human Resources Manager

- Collaborate with management to understand departmental objectives and deploy HR practices that support these goals.
- Advise and support managers on various aspects of human resources management, aligning with operational needs.
- Assist employees with personal and professional inquiries.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, from sourcing to integration of new employees.
- Manage annual review processes, including performance, salary, and promotions.
- Identify and implement programs for employee and manager development, supporting skill evolution and engagement.
- Promote and facilitate talent identification, succession planning, and internal mobility.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and oversee the monitoring of illness and workplace accidents.
- Participate in initiatives and projects for continuous HR process optimization.
- Advanced degree (HES or HEG), supplemented by a Federal HR Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Successful experience of 7 years in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Native French speaker with perfect command of spelling and syntax.
- Advanced level of English.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all hierarchical levels.
- Proactivity and ability to act as a change agent.
- Strong client orientation and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
A minimum of 7 years of successful experience in a similar HR management role is required.
Advanced degree (HES or HEG) with a Federal HR Certificate or equivalent qualification.
