1. Foster a partnership with line managers through active listening, communication, and HR expertise.
2. Serve as the primary HR contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
3. Advise and support group managers in team management and operational HR matters.
4. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle and support group managers.
5. Assist group managers in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
6. Ensure the implementation of HR processes, including absence management, time management, compensation, and evaluations.
7. Implement and monitor local and cross-functional HR projects.

1. Significant experience in a similar HR role.
2. Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong team spirit and client-oriented approach.
4. Demonstrated initiative, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
5. Discretion and trustworthiness.

1. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
2. Strong relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Significant experience in a similar HR role is required.

Higher education degree or HR specialist certification.
