1. Cultivate a partnership with line managers based on active listening, communication, and HR expertise.
2. Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing all HR-related inquiries.
3. Advise and support group leaders in team management and operational HR matters.
4. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle and support group leaders.
5. Assist group leaders in conflict management and disciplinary procedures.
6. Ensure adherence to HR processes, including absence management, time management, compensation, and evaluations.
7. Implement and monitor local and cross-functional HR projects.
