1. Develop and implement the HR Data strategy, aligning it with the division's priorities and the company's overarching objectives.
2. Lead the development and optimization of People Analytics tools and processes, organizing a structured catalog of HR data and establishing a shared glossary of KPIs.
3. Supervise the creation and evolution of relevant HR indicators to support strategic and operational decision-making.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within a large organization.
2. Expertise in HR data management, statistics, and analysis, with proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
3. Advanced knowledge of HR information systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and emerging HR analytics solutions.
4. Experience in managing complex analytical projects and defining strategic roadmaps.

6. Experience in team management with a benevolent leadership style, capable of uniting and motivating a multidisciplinary team.
