- Develop and implement the HR Data strategy, aligning it with the division's priorities and the company's overarching objectives.
- Lead the development and optimization of People Analytics tools and processes, organizing a structured catalog of HR data and establishing a shared glossary of KPIs.
- Supervise the creation and evolution of relevant HR indicators to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Define a comprehensive approach for leveraging HR data in alignment with key stakeholder expectations, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure optimal data utilization.
- Ensure the protection of sensitive HR data and compliance with applicable regulations, such as GDPR, while maintaining the highest security standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the HR Reporting team, fostering a collective dynamic focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a large organization.
- Expertise in HR data management, statistics, and analysis, with proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Advanced knowledge of HR information systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and emerging HR analytics solutions.
- Experience in managing complex analytical projects and defining strategic roadmaps.
- Global business vision with the ability to prioritize projects based on their business and organizational impact.
- Experience in team management with a benevolent leadership style, capable of uniting and motivating a multidisciplinary team.
- Project management, including structuring, monitoring, and reporting on HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex analyses for non-expert audiences.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as IT and Finance.
Confirmed experience in a similar role within a large organization.
