1. Develop a long-term vision for the evolution of IT solutions in the Building, Security, and Environment domains.
2. Lead team activities including project management, maintenance, and incident handling.
3. Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve objectives and enhance their skills.
4. Establish strong relationships and coordinate activities with internal clients.
5. Monitor the budget and workload of the service.
6. Coordinate technical activities with other Information Systems services, particularly IT infrastructure: systems, network, and cybersecurity.

1. Engineering degree, university degree, or equivalent education.
2. Proven experience in management and technical IT, ideally in physical security solutions or building management.
3. Native French speaker with a high proficiency in English (C1 level).

1. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure issues (network, servers, databases, and cybersecurity).
2. Natural leadership, active listening, and empathy.
3. Proficiency in human interaction and communication.
4. Ability to develop work relationships based on demand and trust.
5. Exemplary conduct and commitment.

Confirmed experience in management and technical IT, ideally related to physical security solutions or building management.
