Rolex Group Manager, Technical Drawings

1. Lead and animate a team of building and technical drafters (building structure and building services such as HVAC/MEP), setting priorities and ensuring day‑to‑day productivity.
2. Assess the team’s competencies, tools and working methods and design and implement a strategic plan for the creation and development of the drafting unit.
3. Ensure the production, conformity, maintenance and version control of technical plans, guaranteeing compliance with legal regulations and internal standards.
4. Manage the full lifecycle of drawings from creation through archival or disposal, including documentation and traceability.
5. Support and drive the integration of 3D modelling and BIM workflows, with particular focus on Revit adoption across the group.
6. Promote and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the drafting group, including standards, templates and quality controls.

1. Initial technical education (technical diploma, engineering technician or equivalent).
2. Proven experience in team management, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing or building/construction environment.
3. Practical knowledge or strong interest in 3D technical drawing and BIM technologies; hands‑on experience with Revit is a significant asset.
4. Proficiency with standard office software and demonstrated ability to process and analyse data in spreadsheets.
5. Analytical and synthesis skills, rigour, structure and autonomy.
6. Ability to operate effectively in a large, complex environment; strong team spirit and service orientation.

Several years of hands‑on experience managing drafting teams within industrial, manufacturing or construction contexts; experience implementing BIM/Revit projects and managing drawing lifecycle processes preferred.
